CONTACTCarers is the creation of eightlegged.com
a website design company based in Scarborough North Yorkshire. We were
asked to produce a Contact Managemnet System for a carer support group in Redcar to
help them manage the carers using their support services and to quickly produce
management reports for audit and funding.
Hence CONTACTCarers was born. It quickly
allowed them to search and access each of their Carer Records and centralise all
infomation. Up until CONTACTCarers they had
been using individual Databases to store Carer Details and Contact information,
which meant information on carers and the help they received was not available
to all users.
CONTACTCarers centralises the Information
Carer Details and Contact Logs and makes it available to all users, no matter
where they are. All you need is an internet enabled device.
CONTACTCarers also allows reports to be
generated on this centralised information.
Until now
statistical infomation has had to be collated for every Development Worker and then
combined into one report, an extremely time comsuming task. CONTACTCarers
allows you to quickly create custom Management and Funding reports across the entire database for the criteria you choose.
CONTACTCarers also centralises contact and advice
information. Development workers can quickly and easily access all previous contacts made by the
Caring Support Organisation and the carer. This allows Development Workers to quickly
assess what has previously been advised by other Development workers without the need to persoanlly "collate" that infomation.
Eightlegged.com is a small design and development company bases in Scarborough
North Yorkshire who have been established for over 10 years. We employ a highly
skilled team of designers, programmers and Search Engine specialists to produce
